CRM & Project Management · Southern California
Custom CRM and project management, built around how you operate.
Off-the-shelf CRMs are built for an average company. Yours isn't one. ClawCTRL designs and builds CRM and project management systems for businesses in Los Angeles, Pasadena and Orange County whose sales, operations and customers have outgrown a stack of disconnected tools.
Serving Los Angeles, Pasadena and Orange County, and clients across the US.
The problem
Sounds familiar?
- Leads in one tool, projects in another, schedules in a spreadsheet.
- “Who was supposed to follow up?”
- Nobody can answer “where is this job?” without three phone calls.
- You pay for five subscriptions and still copy data between them.
- The CRM you bought fights your process instead of following it.
CRM & Project Management
What we build
Pipeline and lead management
Every lead from every source in one place, with owners, stages, tasks and follow-up reminders that actually fire.
Project and job tracking
Each job moves through your real stages, with a clock on it and an alert when something stalls.
Scheduling and dispatch
Crew planning, daily routes and calendars your field team sees on their phones.
Customer portals
Customers check status, sign documents and message your team without calling the office.
Dashboards
One screen that shows what needs attention today, by person, by stage, by dollar.
Documents and accounting hooks
Contracts, permits and invoices attached to the job, with deposits and funding visible to the people who need them.
In practice
A residential pool builder replaced separate tools for sales, permits, construction and accounting with one CRM and project platform, plus field and customer apps.
How it works
Understand the operation. Then build.

Understand the business, workflow, people, technology, and problems — before anyone talks about features.
- 02
Design
Architect the solution before development begins: data, systems, integrations, and the experience around them.
- 03
Build
Develop, integrate, test, and deploy the system — in milestones you can see and use.
- 04
Evolve
Maintain, optimize, automate, and continuously improve. Built isn't the end.

Common questions
- Why build a custom CRM instead of using Salesforce or HubSpot?
- Off-the-shelf CRMs work well when your process looks like theirs. When it doesn't, you end up paying for features you don't use and working around the ones you need. A custom system follows your stages, your roles and your hand-offs, and you own it. Sometimes the right answer is the off-the-shelf tool, and we'll say so in the first conversation.
- Can you move our data over from the tools we use now?
- Yes. Migrating leads, customers, projects and history from spreadsheets or existing software is part of the scope, so nothing starts from zero.
- How long does a custom CRM take to build?
- It depends on scope. Work is delivered in milestones you can use as you go, so the first useful version arrives well before the whole system is finished. You get a written scope with the order of work before anything starts.
- Where is ClawCTRL based?
- In Southern California. We work with businesses in Los Angeles, Pasadena and Orange County in person or remotely, and with clients across the US.
