Project inquiries. When you send the contact form we receive what you type into it: your name, your company if you give one, your email address, your phone number if you give one, what you need, a budget range and your message.
Early-access requests. When you join the Platform early-access list we receive your name, your email address, the company, its headcount range and what you use for CRM today.
Assessment requests. When you send the business assessment form we receive your name, your role, your email address, your phone number if you give one, the company, its headcount range and industry, who handles its technology today, the systems it runs, what prompted the request, the kind of engagement you have in mind and its timeline.
Site usage. We use Vercel Analytics to count visits. It records the pages viewed, the referring site, the browser and device type and a coarse location derived from your IP address. It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.
Page speed. Vercel Speed Insights measures how quickly pages load and respond in your browser, with the same kind of browser, device and page details and no cookies.
Error reports. If a page or form breaks, Sentry receives a report so we can fix it: what went wrong, the page, your browser and device type, and a short replay of the moments before the error with all text and form entries masked. It also measures how long a small sample of page loads take. Nothing is recorded on visits where nothing goes wrong, apart from that timing sample.
How you arrived. With any form, we also receive the site or app that sent you here, any campaign tag on the link you followed and the first page you landed on, so we know which channels bring inquiries. It is held in your browser tab only until you close it.
Nothing else. The site sets no cookies for visitors, runs no advertising pixels and has no accounts to sign up for.
